The upcoming season’s GCAD Fees have just been posted under “Team Documents.” For those who are returning team families, you can stop by the hospitality desk starting Thursday evening and pick up a hard copy of your 2024/2025 Statement. It has a breakdown of what GCAD paid on behalf of your athlete in addition to any remaining credit. Please note that some of the home meet profit went toward paying approximately 60% of miscellaneous expenses, so while they were very low, next season’s miscellaneous expenses will likely be higher.

For those who attended Nationals, please note that the actual expenses were significantly higher than expected. Instead of charging your card on file for the full amount, we used part of the ‘Nationals Bucket’ for each athlete who attended Nationals. The exact amounts are reflected on your statement.

As a reminder, if your credit is larger than your athlete(s) pay-in-full amount, it will automatically be applied to your Kids First Account. If your credit amount is lower, but you would like to pay in full, please email me by Saturday so that I’m able to put it into your Kids First Account.
