Hello QCG Parents:

My name is Danielle Zwitt, I am one of the QCG team moms. I am organizing the Used Leotard and Used QCG Spirit Wear Sale this year. I have helped organize this fundraiser in years past and it has been very beneficial to our QCG families.

We would like to do the sale as soon as possible to help off-set the cost of new leotards that some athletes will need to purchase. We are planning to hold the sale on multiple dates to reach a larger number of Kids First athletes.

We will be collecting Used Practice Leotards and Used QCG Spirit wear starting this week. You can turn them in to the Hospitality desk at any time through Saturday 10/28 at 4:00pm.

Please package items in the following way for ease of the sale:

-Place each leotard or piece of spirit wear in a separate gallon size Ziplock bag

-Label the bag with your gymnast’s name, size of the leotard, style of the leotard (tank or long sleeve), and price (see below)

Leos: Tank-$15, Long Sleeve-$25

OCG T-shirts (short & long sleeve): $15
QCG Sweatshirts/Sweatpants/Pajama Pants: $25

The sale will be held on the following dates: Wednesday 11/1 , Friday 11/3 and Saturday 11/4.

We will definitely need some volunteers to help run the sale! If you are interested, please email me at dzwitt@gmail.com. You will receive GCAD credit hours to be applied towards NEXT competition season, for your volunteer time.

If your daughter needs leotards, please buy them at the sale. This is a win, win situation for everyone!

Once the sale is over, you will receive communication regarding picking up the money you earned from the sale as well as any items that did not sell.
